As a former peer partner volunteer with Emory Winship Cancer Institute, a program that matches cancer survivors with cancer patients dealing with a similar diagnosis of cancer, Dr. McGee desired to enlarge her impact after becoming a Georgia-Certified Peer Mental Health Specialist (CPS-MH) and expand her coaching practice to serve as many breast cancer survivors as possible.
